It’s a weekly workout that takes places outdoors year round! Our classes are taught by the most EXPERIENCED fitness experts in NYC & the country. The workouts consist of challenging but intense workouts that help you lose the weight & keep it off! All of the workouts focus on team building- meaning you will be working out with supportive people with similar goals just like YOU!

Trains: F or G train to 7th Ave & walk 1 block north up the hill toward the park. R train to 9st & walk up 9st toward the park (longest way)
Mid Mornings & Evenings Location:
Prospect Park; Grand Army Plaza Entrance.
Monday- Friday at 10:30am
Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays at 6:30PM
