It’s a weekly intense no excuses workout! Our classes are taught by the most EXPERIENCED fitness experts in NYC & the country. The workouts consist of challenging but intense workouts that help you lose the weight & keep it off! All of the workouts focus on team building- meaning you will be working out with supportive people with similar goals just like YOU!

6AM: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
(Classes are 30 minutes on Mondays & Wednesdays)
6:3OPM: Mondays, Wednesdays Thursdays
Saturdays 10AM: Meeting inside the park at the top of the stairs
