INTRODUCING THE BROOKLYN BAD ASS WORKOUT!

What Is The “Brooklyn Bad Ass Workout”?

It’s a weekly workout that takes places outdoors in the Spring, Summer & Fall. Then moves indoors for the Winter. Our classes are taught by the most EXPERIENCED fitness experts in NYC & the country. The workouts consist of challenging but intense workouts that help you lose the weight & keep it off! All of the workouts focus on team building- meaning you will be working out with supportive women with similar goals just like YOU!

What Makes This Different From Traditional Boot Camps?

Fact is most boot camps are taught by inexperienced instructors with little to no experience & give general workouts to everyone even if they have a previous condition which causes major injuries to the client. In fact most doctors now FORBID patients from enrolling in boot camps due to the inexperienced instructors.

We know that every person is different which is why we limit classes to no more then 20 people (with an extensive application process to just get in. Only 1 out of 20 people get accepted into the program) & modify each workout based on the client’s condition. On top of that Bryan “The Brooklyn Bad Ass” Ortiz is a published national fitness expert with almost a decade of experience so you are always in the best hands with him!

Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays

Location: 327 7th Street- 2nd Floor (between 4th & 5th Ave- closer to 5th Ave)

Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays

*In Midtown Manhattan*

Time: 6:10pm! (At Maximum Capacity- NO NEW STUDENTS UNTIL APRIL! If you have a Groupon or Living Social Voucher it will NOT expire until you use the 1st class!)

Location: 260 West 36street 3rd Floor  (look for the Brooklyn Bad Ass Sign) Between 7th & 8th Ave

Saturdays: Class Run Over The Bridge (Yes Even In The Winter!)

Time: 10am

Location: Manhattan Bridge Stairs on Jay Street

*YOU MUST ATTEND AT LEAST 2 CLASSES IN THE SAME WEEK BEFORE RUNNING WITH THE GROUP*

Times: 6am , 7am, 10am (Saturdays Only) Sharp!

Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday,Saturdays

Locations: Prospect Park West & 9st (Weekdays)

Trains: F or G train to 7th Ave & walk 1 block north up the hill toward the park.

R train to 9st & walk up 9st toward the park (longest way)

Manhattan Bridge at the entrance on Sands & Jay Street (Saturdays Only) Trains: Take the F train to York Street & walk 1 block north toward the bridge.

Evenings in Midtown Manhattan

Times: 5:30PM, 6:30PM & 7:30PM Sharp

Days: Mondays, Wednesday, Thursdays, Fridays
